Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuadriSync's services, website, or platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QuadriSync provides a data integration platform that enables bi-directional synchronization between Square and enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and other business systems. The Service is built upon the open-source Square Bridge project.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service beyond what is permitted by the open-source license.

5. Data and Integration

You retain ownership of all data processed through QuadriSync. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the integration services you have configured. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share data from your connected systems.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuadriSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate use of the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
